No, we are not allowed to drive the train on the pathways inside City Parks. Instead, we operate the train on the streets surrounding the park or through the neighborhood.

Rain Policy: We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, here's how we handle cancellations and refunds: A 40% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to your event. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 7-day mark, the deposit will be non-refundable. We will contact you 7 days before your scheduled event to confirm whether you'd like to proceed with your reservation based on the weather forecast. If it rains heavily on the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the 40% deposit will be retained. In the case of light drizzle, we are happy to proceed with the event as long as it's safe and there's no significant rainfall. Your safety and enjoyment are our priority!
